  I did not like the fact that there was in small print, a note about additional charges for Internet and services? This did not appear to be optional. As we did not have internet, resented paying for the internet.

  Excellent facilities and very pleasant staff. Overall service is excellent. I recall however the web site was stating 5.9km from center town (or something similar) but it is actually some 14km from center / downtown.

  Close to Ontario vineyards, perfect for wine tasters and folks interested in gourmet food in the vinetage. Excellent for sporty children and parents.

  Cannot think of anything positive to mention.

  Small beds, not particularly comfortable. Old decor and aged bathroom facilities. Food was poor for the event. Managed to serve pretty cold food but not cold white wine. Poorly prepared service. Hidden fee for use of pool, phone.... parking. So you are had for that no matter what. Charging for parking in a rural hotel setting is rediculous and a gouge. This hotel is a $99.00 a night venue at best for this time of the year and should include internet, parking, and use of the pool in that price. Otherwise, it is a $59.00 a night venue with up charges. Won't recommend the Hotel. We travel quite frequently and recognize value for the dollar versus no value for the dollar.

  Resort grounds are extremely well kept. Rooms are very nice,clean and nicely designed and layed out.

  This is a Resort/Spa so it is somewhat expensive, which is understandable given the higher end nature of this resort.

  Nice - but maybe a little to big - hotel. Very far from Niagara On the lake - I had hoped it was neare..

  Neighbor to the highway (but no noise)... Do not go there without a car.

  The room was spacious and lovely. The gym was all that you could imagine and more. Great wines and good food. Close to everything. A perfect choice for exploring the area.

  Only complaint is that this beautiful property is right off the highway. Our view was a parking lot. But we still loved our room!

  A bit out of the way. 12$ Facility fee (+ tax) per night for things like parking and wi-fi, which should just be included in price of room. Minibar charges automatically when items are removed.

  We are impressed with the front office/ reception and with the food & service at the LIV restaurant. The sports facilites are also superb.

  We were not too impressed with housekeeping. We had to call them to make up the room and even then, the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There were spots on the counter and spray water spots on the lower part of the vanity mirror were left uncleaned. A couple of towels had permanent stains on them. Temperature control in the room was either too cold or too hot.

  The room was beautiful and very clean, also the room service was excellent. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back to enjoy it again soon. Thank you.

  The only problem was the whirlpool was a little too hot. Could not sit in it.

  I loved everything about it, the spa, the staff and the rooms are cosy and nice. It's a bit pricey but it's nice just to get away and you know when you stay here you will have a great experience.
